A little about me: Originally from Fremont, Ohio I moved with my family to Cape Coral in 1975. My father started Hammer Construction which specialized in custom homes. Being raised in a construction environment enabled me to learn a lot about the entire building process and real estate in general. I passed my Florida State Contractors Exam when I was only 21 years old, something a very few women have accomplished at this age.
